My Name is Charles R. Tinney PMP, I am an Internationally Certified " Project Management Professional ", and I am also Licensed in the State of Virginia to sell Real Estate. My better half 's name is Nancy. We have 4 grown children and 4 grandchildren. I served with the 101st Airborne in Viet Nam, "A" Company 2/327th as a Combat Infantryman in 1968/1969. I have been in Electronic Telecommunications for 27 years. I have worked in Two-Way Radio, for the Telephone Company, Built and Operated Cellular Telephone Systems (AMPS and TDMA), SMR/ESMR and PCS CDMA Wireless Telephone Systems Nationally and Internationally. I just came back from living and working in Mexico, Building and Operationa their new National 1.9 Ghz CDMA PCS Wireless Network in 11 Mexicain Cities. My Hobbies are: Antiques, Fine Art, Collecting Toy Western Cap Guns, 50's and 60's TV Shows & Music, old and new Movies, Ham Radio, Playing the Stock Market and having Fun DayTrading Stocks.
